Christina Deibler
Christina Deibler
President & Executive Director
Christina is a marketing and entrepreneurship educator in her seventh year in the classroom, with over 20 years in business before that. Undiagnosed with ADHD until 40, she understands firsthand what it means to be smart and driven without the right tools or environment. She founded The Youth Foundry to build what she wished had existed, for her students and for herself, and she measures it by the look on a student's face when something finally clicks.
Katelyn White
Katelyn White, MPA, MSE
Vice President
Katelyn is a consultant, entrepreneur, and advocate for empowering the next generation through innovation and mentorship. She believes entrepreneurship teaches resilience, creativity, and confidence, skills that serve young people whatever path they choose. After an ADHD diagnosis later in life, she gained a new appreciation for the strengths that come from thinking differently, and a mission to build spaces where others thrive.
Ricki Romig
Ricki Romig
Secretary
Ricki brings a sharp eye and straight shooter energy. Diagnosed with ADHD at 38 and building her own mobile notary signing company at 55, she is living proof that different paths work. She pushes for real world solutions that help Palm Beach County youth learn their way, and she has a great love of developing systems that actually work.

General Counsel
Raiza is a Florida licensed attorney and the primary legal advisor to the board and the organization. She is an essential voice in protecting the integrity and legal standing of The Youth Foundry.

Nikki DiTomas, M.Ed.
Director of Diversity, Advocacy & Inclusive Learning
Raised by hippies on Sesame Street and Mister Rogers, Nikki has been advocating for people from all walks of life since she was young. Her teaching spans alternative education, juvenile detention, trade school, and special education, with over 40 years supporting individuals with autism and ADHD. Her own neurodivergent mind thrives on streamlined systems, and her advocacy reaches well beyond the classroom.

Jimmy Everett
Director of Community Engagement
A Lake Worth native, Jimmy started in restaurants at 15. He struggled in school and with the law until a culinary instructor believed in him, a turn that led to the Culinary Institute of America and kitchens in New York, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles. Today he is Chef and Owner of Driftwood in Boynton Beach, and he knows firsthand what one mentor can change.
Alex Gould
Alex Gould
Director of Fundraising
Alex is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Horizon Hospitality Associates, with a background in hospitality operations, restaurant ownership, and executive recruiting. He grew up with ADHD and dyslexia that were not formally recognized until later in life, experiences that became a source of creativity, resilience, and a different approach to problem solving. He wants young people to see that what makes them different can become the foundation of their success.
