A community by design where ambitious teens plant roots, build real wealth, and claim their seat at the table.
A Selective Youth Entrepreneurship Incubator · Palm Beach County, FL
Every program, every partner, every scholarship seat flows from two beliefs about what young people deserve.
Building community, wealth, and legacy — one founder at a time.
A world where every young founder plants roots deep enough to build wealth for themselves, their family, and the community around them.
Not posters on a wall. These are the operating principles behind every cohort, every scholarship seat, and every pitch competition.
Everything serves the student. Every decision, every program, every partner. Nothing else comes first.
We create conditions for confidence. Students leave knowing they belong in any room, at any table, in front of any investor.
A zip code should never determine a destiny. We remove every barrier — financial, structural, and psychological.
We measure success in decades — businesses launched, wealth built, and doors opened for the next generation of founders.
A community of builders. Students learn from instructors and from each other. No one builds alone here.
Some people talk about changing their community.
Our students build it.
Every program is selective, application-based, and built around real outcomes. Not participation trophies.
SPARK is the entry point into The Youth Foundry. In two weeks, students go from idea to first sale — building a real product, pitching to industry advisors, and competing for seed funding.
The full founder experience. Over the school year, students build an investor-ready business, compete nationally, and pitch at a Shark Tank-style finale.
Our two-week summer intensive for rising high school students who are ready to build something real. Seats are limited and awarded on a rolling basis.
SPARK is for students ages 14–18 · Application required · Scholarship seats available

I have spent the last five years watching teenagers pitch business ideas and walk away changed. Not because of a grade. Because someone in the room — a real entrepreneur, a business owner, a person who had actually built something — looked them in the eye and said: your idea is worth something.
That moment does something to a kid. I have watched students who barely spoke in class stand up straighter after a Shark Tank-style pitch. I have seen a student who didn't believe in much believe in herself for the first time because someone with a real business card told her she had something.
As the founder and advisor of my school's DECA chapter, I built real business experience into everything. Students wrote business plans, made buying decisions, and ran the school store from open to close. We held market days where they created a product, sold it to real customers, and kept what they earned. I gave them every taste of the real thing I could fit inside a public school, because I knew the taste of it would change them.
And it did. Every time.
The moment that built The Youth Foundry was a student who came to me after pitching a fictitious business idea and said, "I want to do this for real." He was ready to take the next step. I wanted to make sure the people, the resources, and the support system were there to guide him through it.
That's the gap The Youth Foundry fills. Not another class. Not another certificate. A real place where ambitious young people get the infrastructure, the coaching, the community, and the chance to find out what they're actually capable of because someone showed up and believed in them first.
That's what I do. That's why I built this.
Whether you're a student ready to build something real, a parent looking for a program that takes your teen seriously, or a business ready to invest in the next generation — you belong here.
